Bollinger Bands: It's Powerful!
This scanner guides you to potentially interesting assets based on the theory of John Bollinger.
The scanner is delivered in the form of a file named "BollingerBandsScanner.exe".
No installation is required; it's ready to be launched!
The scanner can be launched in two ways:
- For beginners: By clicking on the start file, which will ask you for the exchange and assets to scan
- For advanced users: Using Windows command line with arguments, e.g., BollingerBandsScanner.exe -e binance -f *usdt
Using this scanner allows you to detect:
- If an asset reaches its Upper Bollinger Band:
- In this case, there is a selling opportunity for this asset
- The Take Profit is then the Middle Bollinger Band
- If an asset reaches its Lower Bollinger Band:
- In this case, there is a buying opportunity for this asset
- The Take Profit is then the Middle Bollinger Band
Prior knowledge of Bollinger Bands theory is recommended.
The scanner saves a considerable amount of time as it avoids the user going through assets one by one in search of potential trading opportunities.
A visual confirmation phase by the user is necessary before opening a trade on an asset detected by the scanner.
The visual confirmation will be more relevant the more familiar the user is with the Bollinger Bands theory.
